Sunita K. Dalvi (Principal)

Graduate in Architecture [Academy of Architecture'1996]
Masters in Architecture [Urban Design/CEPT University'2008]

While working with eminent Architects and Institutions on projects ranging from drafting Action Policies for Heritage Precincts to Slum Rehabilitation projects, she took keen interest in the urban studies and settlements. Over two decades, her persuasion in ‘recording as tool of understanding’ made her diversify her interest from the professional field of Architecture Design towards the studies of heritage precincts, teaching undergraduate architecture course, conducting workshops and exhibitions. Her method of teaching focuses on the initiating of query through a critical analysis of conditions in order to substantiate the research mode of learning for design tools.


Prof. Gurdev Singh

Graduate in Architecture [CEPT University'1975]

Recipient of many awards in academics and profession, Gurdev Singh calls himself an architect and builder- the one who knows how to build. In 2011, the Institute of Architects Australia (ACT Chapter) conferred on him Life time teaching award in architecture/technology. He feels learning by making is central to teaching as well as in architectural profession. He has worked on several architectural projects at international level and has prestigious winning competitions for architectural projects at national level, to his credit. In 2011, he envisioned an architecture and design school on the philosophy of thought process with problem based learning approach in education as Dean for SEDA, Navrachana University, Vadodara, Gujarat for 7 and half years. His contribution in the pedagogy of architecture education won accolades in various forums, seminars, lectures and education charter.


Prof. Percy Adil Pithawala

Graduate in Architecture [MS University, 1989]
Masters in Architecture [Master of Science in Urban Design/Pratt Institute, New York'1992]

Prof. Percy Adil Pithawala is an Architect, Urban Designer, educator and an artist. He has been involved with education in Architecture and Design at various leading institutions over the past 25 years.

His artworks and installations have been exhibited at various galleries in India and abroad. He has established The Red Studio to further the boundaries of discourse in Art & Architectural Design education and research.
